Limited Personal Use

Visitors of WilliamAshley.music may access and view content for personal, non-commercial use. Limited private copying for personal archival purposes is permitted, provided the content is not shared, redistributed, published, or used in any commercial, public, or derivative manner beyond applicable fair dealing/fair use exceptions.

Commercial and Machine Use

Any commercial use, republication, or exploitation of the works, including but not limited to AI training, that results in public output or redistribution, requires a direct licensing agreement. For legal, rights, or compliance-related inquiries, please contact legal@williamashley.music. Important Notes:

• This email address is not intended for formal legal service of process. Official legal notices must be served by accepted methods under applicable law (personal service, registered mail, or as ordered by a court). For safety reasons this information is not posted directly online but can be obtained by contacting via the legal email after providing context to the request.

• Emails may be delayed or missed due to volume, filtering, or technical issues. We strive to respond promptly but cannot guarantee immediate acknowledgment on actual receipt. For serious matters there may be a delay in responding while information is gathered to provide a meaningful response. In some instances it may not be possible to reply via email due to the sensitivity of the information that would be contained in the reply, in those instances alternative communications methods will need to be arranged.

• Electronic communications are not considered private or secure. Third-party providers may access or monitor content. Do not send sensitive information via email.

• Email sent to WilliamAshley.music emails are niehter private nor secure and may routinely be analyzed by third party service providers or government. Do not send any information that is private in nature via email that could do harm to yourself or your interests if it leaks to 3rd parties such as technology companies or government.
• We operate on principles of good faith and respect for intellectual property. If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, we encourage prompt notification so we can address it appropriately. Any electronic communications method used should be arranged in advance so the communication can be monitored and confirmed received within the expected delivery window.

Takedown & Rights Concern Process

If you believe your intellectual property has been used without authorization, please email legal@williamashley.music with the following:

1. Your contact information: Name, organization, phone and verified email
2. Identify the work: Title, registration, URL, or timestamp of the alleged infringement
3. Proof of ownership: Registration number, PRO affiliation, or original source link
4. A statement describing the alleged infringement with sufficient detail. Describe the concern: Unauthorized use, misattribution, metadata error, or licensing dispute
5. A good-faith statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A declaration of the accuracy of the information and your authorization to act on behalf of the rights holder (if applicable).
7. Requested resolution: Takedown, correction, licensing discussion, or formal notice.
We will review notices on receipt and will follow up after the particulars are looked into, any reply should include the outcome of the investigation steps that have been taken or can be taken. False claims that appear in bad faith or maliciousness may be prosecuted based on available litigation channels. Serious claims will be taken seriously, frivilous claims or obviously false claims if deemed to nuisance or harass are likely to be filed against in response especially if repeated and obiviously outside the scope of the law.
